Johnny Sanchez is the Head of Recruiting at Hot Topic and BoxLunch, where he leads the strategies behind the candidate experience, recruiting, onboarding, and all things talent acquisition. At Hot Topic, he developed a branded, gamified onboarding expereince for the corporate HQ and Retail Leadership teams, improving ramp-up time and employee satisfaction. Johnny has held previous recruiting management roles at Manduka, Forever 21, and Pacific Sunwear.
Brian Breth is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rubicon Project, where he leads a global talent acquisition team scaling the Engineering, Revenue, and Administrative groups in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Brian spearheaded the company's 2013 pre-IPO growth efforts and created processes to support post-IPO hiring initiatives for 2014 and beyond. Before joining Rubicon Project, Brian held HR and talent acquisition roles at DTT Surveillance, American Greetings, and Aquent.
Nancy Martinez is a recruiter at Factual Inc, a neutral data company used by thousands of developers, publishers, advertisers, and enterprise businesses. Prior to Factual, Nancy was the manager of college and diversity recruiting at Thumbtack where she grew the engineering, design, marketing, and talent functions, managed the North American university recruiting team, and executed four tech talks at the company's HQ. Nancy has also held university recruiting and sourcing roles at Foursquare, Twitter, and Facebook.
The Wonderful Company
Shelley Radford is the talent acquisition manager at The Wonderful Company, where she helps to enhance the company’s visibility and employer brand through recruitment marketing and talent acquisition strategies. Before joining The Wonderful Company, Shelley was Emser Tile’s talent acquisition manager, driving the company’s corporate-level recruiting and onboarding processes. She has held other recruiting roles at American Golf Corporation and American Capital/Ameriquest Mortgage.
