Neil Frye is the global head of recruiting, HR operations and technology at Dropbox. He focuses on building strategy, enabling efficient processes and finding world-class solutions to scale the org. His recruitment focuses include engineering, global business ops, G&A, and international recruiting teams. Prior to Dropbox, Neil was a business systems integrator in corporate engineering at Google and a senior manager in HR and talent management at Accenture.
Sandi Lurie is the director of global recruiting at Optimizely, where she manages the full-cycle recruitment of the org's global openings and oversees the efficacy of all talent acquisition programs and initiatives. Before joining Optimizely, Sandi was LinkedIn's Head of Talent for Marketing, Success and G&A, and worked with Medallia to spearhead their global recruiting efforts.
Alan Cooper is the senior manager of worldwide talent acquisition at Splunk, where he focuses on growing sales, engineering, and marketing teams. With his experience in analytics and business intelligence, Alan supports the team's recruiting efficiency and meeting aggressive hiring goals. Alan was also the talent acquisition manager at Exablox and recruiting manager at Enphase Energy.
Sarah Hallahan is AdRoll's Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition. She manages and mentors the team's technical sourcer and recruiting coordinator, and partners with engineering management to build out scalable recruiting strategies. Sarah spent the previous three years at AdRoll recruiting worlwide talent for a variety of areas across the org. Prior to AdRoll, she was also on the talent teams at Workday and LinkedIn.
