Shally Steckerl is president of The Sourcing Institute, building enterprise recruiting engines for Fortune 500 brands helping them efficiently source hard-to-find talent. He is an adjunct professor at Richard J. Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University, Brandman University, and a regular speaker at worldwide HR and recruitment leadership conferences. He is the author of The Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Handbook.
Courtney McAtee is MailChimp’s senior recruiting manager, where she is responsible for developing the strategic direction of MailChimp's recruiting team. She has over 10 years of experience in professional recruitment and management. Courtney helped to hire talent in the U.S. and Canada across various positions, including research and development, marketing, sales, and IT. Prior to MailChimp, Courtney played a pivotal role the global talent acquisition team at Newell Rubbermaid.
JT Haskell is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pindrop, leading global operations expansion. He began his career as a systems engineer and transitioned to recruiting 10 years ago. Over his recruiting career he has worked at rapidly scaling early stage startups to Fortune-level software companies. Prior to joining Pindrop, JT has held leadership roles with Nokia, Cobalt Talon, Hired, and AirWatch.
Kelli Easley is an employment brand consultant at Chick-fil-A. She leads the organization’s employment brand and talent social media strategy. Kelli spent the previous three years at Chick-fil-A sourcing and recruiting talent for a variety of functional areas across the organization. She was also a Staffing Analyst at DomPatci, where she had a hand in hiring 100,000 people Home Depot’s Retail Staffing Center within her first year.
