Patricia Wyrod is the founder of Think Create Group Inc., a law firm based in San Francisco advising clients in high tech and digital media. The firm regularly advises technology companies and content creators on their day-to-day operations and intellectual property best practices.
Wyrod started her career in Los Angles and Washington DC with Dewey Ballantine LLP, then worked in-house for twenty years in Silicon Valley at privately-held technology companies including ipsy.com ($100M Series B), Silver Spring Networks (IPO), Virgin America (IPO) and SPL WorldGroup (acquired by Oracle).
Wyrod graduated from Michigan Law School and the Honors College of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has an advanced degree in EU law from the College of Europe and holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E) certification.

Phil Lee is a partner in Fieldfisher's leading Privacy, Security and Information law group, working out of London. He founded Fieldfisher's Silicon Valley office in California in 2012, and ran that office for four years until returning to the UK in 2016. Lee specializes in data privacy, digital media and disruptive technologies. In particular, he advises regularly on large global data transfer projects, internal information governance and accountability structures, and data protection risk management in the context of EU inward investment. A lot of his work also relates to behavioral targeting, product compliance and privacy by design. Outside of data privacy, Lee advises on a wide range of EU digital media, consumer protection and technology-related issues.
Lee is recognized as a data protection expert in Chambers and Who's Who Legal, and advises predominantly private sector clients in the technology and life sciences sectors – ranging from leading brand mobile device manufacturers to medical devices companies, interactive entertainment platform providers to games publishers, and cloud service providers to app developers. Lee holds Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Program Manager (CIPM) status, and is a member of the IAPP's Privacy Faculty.

Yasmin Zarabi leads business and corporate development at Entelo. Previously she served as VP of Legal and Compliance at Hearsay Systems along with a variety of legal roles including General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. She holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law School and a B.A. in English from University of California, Berkeley.
