Programming 101 for Recruiters

with Mike Boufford, Greenhouse

Think like a programmer. Talk like a programmer. Hire a programmer. Okay, so the formula may not be that simple, but learning how to speak tech talent's language is definitely a lot easier than you may expect.

See for yourself and join us for a discussion with Greenhouse VP of Engineering Mike Boufford to improve the way you source and engage with tech candidates!

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • Skill sets, roles, and responsibilities of engineering teams
  • Quick and easy-to-learn techniques for understanding programming terminology
  • Why you don't have to have a technical background to evaluate tech candidates

Entelo welcomes Mike Boufford for our webinar!
