mike bouffordMike Boufford is Greenhouse’s first employee and currently serves as vice president of engineering where he leads a team of over 30 engineers to create the software behind one of the world’s fastest growing SaaS companies. Prior to joining Greenhouse, Mike served as the software development manager for the Reuters News Agency’s flagship media site. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Harvard University and a master's software engineering from the University of Oxford.
